Carved Meditating Yoga Lady

• This calm statue of a meditating lady is handmade by a small family business in Northern Thailand.

• She is rendered in abstract shapes and finished in a rich mahogany color.

• Resin is added to powdered calcium which gives weight and the feeling of polished stone to the statue.

• The mixture is poured into molds and allowed to harden. The figure is then lightly sanded before the final color and finish are applied.
